More Advice for 1st Time Film Festival Attendees

I wish I’d pirated all the films instead of licensed them, just to show how lame the
@MPAA is. But hey, that’s just me.
talk to EVERYONE.
Enjoy yourself. The business stuff is largely out of your control. Take time to meet people and make connections.
Have a lot of fun/make a few friends. Your 1st festshould be exactly that: your FIRST film festival. Go to others to build career.
Interviews, interviews, interviews…
If it’s a market festival and your premiere, go a week earlier and find guerrilla PR opportunities before the herd arrives.
